Wolvenhoek Vineyards lies at the foot of the luscious green hill, The Greenberg, in Wellington. The family-owned farm is part of the old Vine Project and boasts 47-38 year old vineyard of which we make easy-drinking and premium wines. The Groenberg or Emerald Hill protects the vines from the wind that howls like a wolf through the mountains and creates a unique cool temperature in the hot Wellington area. It is a testament to the distinctive character of the Groenberg and the underrated capacity of Wellington old vines.
