The Belgian Chamber of Commerce in South Africa (BCCSA) is a private, member-based, non-profit, bilateral Business Chamber between Belgium and South Africa. The BCCSA is focusing on South Africa as a national entity with two local offices: Johannesburg and Cape Town.
The Chamber seeks to promote business relations by being a business platform of excellence for members with a link between South Africa and Belgium. With this platform, the BCCSA reunites independent private members and corporations from all sizes with the same interest to network and share business opportunities. In addition, the BCCSA helps its members with informative support such as info for new arrivals but also economic, political and investment related developments. To achieve this, the Chamber organises business and social events on a regular basis.
Once a member of the BCCSA, a member will benefit from the advocacy work done by the European Union Chamber in South Africa (EUCCISA). The EU Chamber has a considerable voice by representing more than 2000 European companies and over 300,000 jobs. Its role of advocacy and lobbying at S.A. government level makes it a very relevant platform for European companies that are established on the market.
